Contest Rules and Details

The sponsor and administrator is Boho Bronco Boutique, 165 Love Ave., Tifton, Georgia ("Sponsor").

Open only to legal residents of the continental United States who are at least 18 years old at entry. Owners, employees and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Each separate weekly contest opens at the timestamp of that week’s first official Boho Bronco clue post (Eastern Time). It closes as soon as the first eligible entrant enters the complete correct code and finishes checkout with the required entrant and delivery details, subject to eligibility and accuracy verification. There is no separate fixed clock deadline at the final clue post. The completed checkout’s official server/order timestamp is the official timekeeping method. A separate winner is proposed for each weekly contest, and weekly contest dates are established by each week’s official clue posts.

During the applicable contest period, follow official clues published by Boho Bronco, locate four hidden code pieces in product descriptions on eligible pages at www.bohobronco.com, assemble them in the required order, and enter the complete correct code at the contest checkout, completing checkout with the required entrant and delivery details.

Use the prize product and checkout instructions identified in that week’s official clues.

No purchase is required. Sharing, liking, following or tagging another person are optional and are not conditions of entry.

This is a skill-and-speed contest; there is no random drawing. A completed checkout — not a cart click or code entry alone — must contain the complete correct code together with the required entrant and delivery details. Subject to verification, the earliest eligible completed checkout during each weekly contest period wins that weekly contest.

Invalid, ineligible or incorrect checkouts do not qualify. Checkout completion is determined by the official completed-checkout server/order timestamp, not the time a cart was created or a code was entered. Sponsor’s decisions on code accuracy, required order, eligibility and timing are final, subject to applicable law.

The weekly prize changes each week and carries a verifiable approximate retail value between $100 and $200. The specific prize and its exact approximate retail value are announced in that week’s contest details.

No fee or payment is required to receive a prize. Prizes are nontransferable, with no cash redemption unless Sponsor states otherwise. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the selected prize is unavailable. The winner is responsible for taxes required by law.

The confirmed winner’s prize is fulfilled through the contest checkout, using the entrant and delivery details provided there.

There is no prize notification, no claim response window and no separate claim deadline. No fee or payment is required to claim the prize.

Bots, automated entries, tampering, fraud or interference with the website, checkout, code pieces or other entrants may result in disqualification.

Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify a contest only where technical failures or events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect fairness or administration, subject to applicable law.

Entrant and delivery details provided at checkout will be used to administer the contest, verify the winner and fulfill the prize. Marketing consent is separate and optional.

Payment-card information, banking information and Social Security numbers are not required merely to enter.
